Pickup is by appointment. This is a working ranch, not a storefront — call ahead and we will have your beef ready and somebody there to meet you.
What people usually call about
- "What do you have available?" — the answer changes through the year as animals finish, so this is always worth a call.
- "Half or whole?" — depends on your freezer and how your family eats. Two minutes on the phone settles it.
- "How do I fill out a cut sheet?" — we do it with you. The written guide is here.
- "Do you come to my town?" — delivery areas are here, and if you are close to the edge of the list, ask.
- "Can I come see the cattle?" — yes, call ahead.
