These terms apply to lostvalleybeef.com, operated by Rankin Industries, LLC dba Lost Valley Beef.
Orders and availability
Beef is sold by the animal and availability changes as cattle finish. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell; an order is confirmed when we confirm it with you directly.
Weights and prices
Weights shown on this site are estimates based on typical animals and typical cut sheets. Actual packaged weight varies with the individual animal and with the choices you make on your cut sheet. Prices are current as of the date shown on the page and are subject to change; the price we quote you when you reserve is the price that applies to your order.
Processing
Our beef is processed by American Butchery in Mineral Wells, an independent business. Cut sheet decisions are yours, and the results reflect the choices you make on that sheet.
Pickup and delivery
Ranch pickup at 7072 US-281 South, Jacksboro, TX 76458 is by appointment. Delivery is available in our North Texas service area; we will confirm what applies to your town before your order is finalised. You are responsible for having adequate freezer space ready when your beef arrives.
