Get first word when fresh beef is ready

We raise a small number of animals, and quarters go fast. Put your name on the fresh beef list and, when an animal comes back from the processor, you will get one email telling you exactly what is available — before we post it anywhere else.

Why we're asking

What your information is for

A lot of folks call asking for a quarter cow when we don't have one ready. Rather than make you keep checking back, we keep a short list and reach out the moment we do. Here is exactly what we do with what you give us:

  • Your name and email — so we can send you one note when we've processed an animal, listing the quarters, halves and cuts that are available and the price.
  • Your address — so we know whether you're on one of our delivery routes or closer to ranch pickup, and can plan delivery days around where our buyers live.
  • Your phone (optional) — only if you'd like a call or text when your share is ready to set up.
  • What you're interested in — so a quarter-beef buyer doesn't get an email about whole beef only.

Our promise. We only email when we have fresh beef — usually a handful of times a year. No newsletters, no daily deals. We never sell, rent or share your information. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you any time.

Joining the list does not reserve beef or cost anything. When the email goes out, quarters are first come, first served — reply or call and we'll confirm your share.

Ready now, or have a question? Call or text (214) 202-1855, Monday–Thursday, 10am–2pm.

Questions about the list

Does joining the list reserve beef for me?
No. The list gets you first word when beef is ready. Nothing is reserved and nobody is charged until you reply or call and we confirm your share.
How often will you email me?
Only when we have fresh beef from processing — usually a handful of times a year. No newsletters and no daily deals.
Why do you need my address?
So we can tell you whether you are on a delivery route or closer to ranch pickup, and plan delivery days around where our buyers actually live. We never sell or share it.
How do I get off the list?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also call or text (214) 202-1855 or email [email protected] and we will remove you.
